About Us
The Spierings Medical Group is a multidisciplinary specialist healthcare clinic built around a simple philosophy: great medicine begins with understanding you. We bring together carefully selected specialists who share a commitment to thoughtful, evidence-based medicine, taking the time to understand your health, your goals and what matters most to you before making any recommendation.
Our multidisciplinary team has been chosen not only for their clinical expertise, but for the way they practise medicine. Every doctor at The Spierings Medical Group shares the same commitment to evidence-based care, clear communication and recommendations that are always made in your best interests.
The Spierings Medical Group was founded on the belief that both patients and healthcare professionals deserve better.
After years of working in healthcare systems where time was limited and consultations often felt rushed, Dr Natalia Spierings set out to create an environment where doctors have the time, support and freedom to practise medicine as it should be practised—and where patients receive the thoughtful, personalised care they deserve.
We believe the best medical decisions are never based on evidence alone. They are made by combining the best available evidence with clinical expertise and a genuine understanding of you as a person.
That means longer consultations, thoughtful discussions, clear explanations and recommendations that are always based on what is genuinely in your best interests. We believe in fair and transparent pricing, and we will never recommend investigations, treatments or procedures that are unnecessary.
Because we believe great medicine takes time.
We don't believe the best medical decisions can be made in a rushed consultation. Longer appointments allow us to understand you as a person, explain your options properly and make recommendations that are based on both the best available evidence and your individual circumstances. We believe taking the time to listen is one of the most important parts of delivering exceptional healthcare.
Yes. We have created The Spierings Medical Group to be your long-term healthcare home—a place where individuals and families can build lasting relationships with specialists they know and trust. Whether you're seeking expert dermatology, preventative healthcare, family medicine or specialist advice, our goal is to support your health not just today, but for many years to come.
Consultations
Your first consultation is designed to be thorough, thoughtful and unhurried. We take the time to understand not only your immediate concern, but also your medical history, your lifestyle, your goals and what matters most to you. We believe the right medical decisions can only be made when we understand you as a person.
You will leave with a clear explanation of our findings, honest advice and a personalised plan based on the best available evidence and your individual circumstances. There is no pressure, no unnecessary recommendations and no sales agenda—just thoughtful medical advice that is genuinely in your best interests.
YES!
We believe continuity of care is one of the most important parts of good medicine. Seeing the same doctor allows us to build a genuine understanding of your health over time, monitor your progress and adapt your care as your needs change. We want to build long-term relationships with our patients, not simply provide one-off consultations.
Booking an appointment is simple. You can contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, and our team will help you find the most appropriate doctor and appointment for your needs. If you're unsure where to start, we're happy to guide you.
Yes. We believe good healthcare extends beyond a single consultation.
Whether you've had treatment, are managing an ongoing condition or simply want to monitor your progress, we'll recommend an appropriate follow-up plan tailored to your individual needs. Our goal is to provide continuity of care and long-term support, giving you confidence that we're here whenever you need us.
You don't need to know—that's our job.
Many patients come to us with questions rather than answers. Whether you have a specific concern, a combination of symptoms or simply want expert advice, we'll take the time to understand what's going on and guide you towards the most appropriate care. You don't need a diagnosis before you walk through our doors—just a conversation.
Our Approach
Because doing what is right for you is the principle that guides every recommendation we make.
We will only recommend investigations, treatments or procedures that we genuinely believe are in your best interests. If the most appropriate advice is to wait, monitor your condition or do nothing at all, that's exactly what we'll tell you.
Our role is to help you make informed decisions about your health—not to sell you treatments.
Yes—always.
Every recommendation we make is grounded in the best available evidence, combined with clinical expertise and a genuine understanding of you as a person. We don't follow trends or offer treatments simply because they're popular. We'll always explain the evidence behind our recommendations, discuss the alternatives and help you make an informed decision that's right for you.
Absolutely.
The skincare industry can be confusing, with thousands of products making impressive claims but very different levels of scientific evidence. We'll give you honest, evidence-based advice about what is genuinely worth your time and money—and what isn't.
We'd much rather help you avoid an unnecessary purchase than recommend a product you don't need.
No.
While aesthetic medicine is an important part of what we do, The Spierings Medical Group was founded to provide thoughtful, evidence-based specialist healthcare. Our team cares for patients across dermatology, family medicine, preventative health, psychology, neurology and other medical specialties, with the same philosophy guiding every consultation: understanding you first, then recommending what's genuinely right for you.
It means your care is built around you—not a protocol.
Every recommendation takes into account your medical history, your lifestyle, your goals, your concerns and the things that matter most to you. Two people with the same diagnosis may receive different recommendations because the right treatment depends on the individual.
That's what thoughtful, evidence-based medicine looks like.
Clinic Directions & Parking
The Spierings Medical Group is located on the ground floor of The Grove by Iman, Dubai Hills Estate, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Sometimes the most stressful part of going anywhere new in Dubai is not knowing where to park. At The Spierings Medical Group, you have two easy parking options. Which one you choose will depend on the weather and how many extra steps you need to do the day you visit us.
• Covered Clinic Parking
• RTA / Dubai Hills Park Parking
When the weather is hot or walking is not an option, your best parking choice is the Covered Clinic Parking located at the rear of the building. Turn right from the main road just before you get to the clinic building, take your first left, and the car park is on the left.
There is a barrier. Hopefully, the security guard will be there ready to open the gate for you. If they are not there, politely honk your horn to alert them.
Let the security guard know that you are coming to see one of the doctors at The Spierings Medical Group. They will have your name on the appointment list and may ask for your name to confirm your appointment before opening the gate. Once you're through, they will direct you to the correct parking space.
Once you've parked your car, come out of the car and head to the corridor on the right side of the parking lot. Walk down the corridor, take a left, and you'll arrive at the front entrance of the clinic. Please come in for your appointment.
If it is an easy, breezy day, you've arrived a few minutes early, and you're keen to add an extra 600 steps to your day, you are welcome to park at the RTA Park Parking across the road from the clinic.
To get there, drive past the clinic on your right, take a right at the traffic lights, make a U-turn at the next set of lights, and the car park entrance will be on your right. You can also use the map link below for directions.
