About Dr. Rebecca

Dr. Rebecca Steingiesser is a consultant clinical psychologist and clinical neuropsychologist with a dual specialisation that is rare in the region. With experience across Australia, the UAE and the United Kingdom, she combines psychological insight with neuropsychological expertise to help patients understand what is happening, why it is happening and what they can do next.
Her approach is calm, thoughtful and deeply personal. Every assessment and treatment plan is grounded in clinical rigour, but shaped around the individual—not a standard formula. Her aim is to provide clarity, practical support and a realistic path towards meaningful, lasting change.
Dr. Rebecca is also a board-approved clinical supervisor, supporting doctoral students and newly qualified clinicians. Patients often value her ability to make complex issues feel manageable and her genuine commitment to giving them tools they can use beyond the consultation room. At the request of her own clients, she even created a series of guided relaxation exercises to help them continue that work in everyday life.
