Internationally trained and recognised for excellence in her field, she combines extensive clinical expertise with genuine compassion, ensuring every patient receives the individualised care, education and support they need throughout their recovery.

About Nurse Cassie

Living with a complex wound or adapting to life with a stoma can be physically and emotionally challenging. You need expert care, clear guidance and a clinician who understands not only how to promote healing, but how to help you regain your confidence and quality of life.

Throughout her career, Cassie has worked to improve not only clinical outcomes, but the entire patient experience. In the UAE, she developed the region’s largest nurse-led wound and stoma care service, recognised by the World Union of Wound Healing Societies UAE as a Local Clinical Wound Centre of Excellence. She was also a member of the Royal Adelaide Hospital Burns Assessment Team, supporting responses to burns disasters in Australia and internationally. 

Cassie currently chairs the Stoma Care Program for the Emirates Society of Colon & Rectal Surgery and serves as a member of the European Pressure Ulcer Expert Panel Group.
