About Dr. Natalia

I have been practising as a full-time consultant dermatologist for more than a decade, caring for thousands of patients with every type of skin concern imaginable. Experience matters in medicine—not simply because of the number of patients you see, but because every consultation teaches you something new. That experience allows me to recognise patterns, make accurate diagnoses and recommend treatments with confidence.

Trust, however, should never be assumed. It should be earned.

I encourage you to get to know me, my approach to dermatology and the values that underpin my practice. When you choose me as your dermatologist, we are entering into a long-term partnership. My goal is not simply to treat the problem that brings you through the door today, but to help you achieve and maintain healthy skin for years to come.

Every consultation begins by listening. I want to understand not only your skin, but your overall health, lifestyle and goals. Skin does not exist in isolation, and the best decisions are made when we look at the whole person. By taking the time to understand your story, I can ask the right questions, perform a thorough examination, make an accurate diagnosis and work with you to develop a treatment plan that is both clinically appropriate and cost-effective.

I care for patients of every age—from infants and children to teenagers and adults—and I treat all skin types, ethnicities and skin conditions.

My clinical interests include melasma, hair loss, acne, rosacea and skin cancer. I have extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of skin cancer and advanced training in Mohs micrographic surgery, allowing me to provide precise, tissue-preserving treatment for skin cancers of the head and neck.

Alongside medical dermatology, I offer a carefully curated selection of aesthetic treatments, including injectables, lasers and energy-based devices. Every treatment I provide has been chosen because it is supported by clinical evidence and because I have seen it deliver meaningful results for patients. My philosophy has always been to enhance, never to alter, with natural-looking outcomes that complement healthy skin rather than distract from it. I am a dermatologist who performs aesthetic treatments—not an aesthetic doctor.

Ethics are the foundation of everything I do.

I do not sell for-profit skincare products in the clinic, accept paid endorsements or promote products because of commercial relationships. My recommendations are based solely on what I believe is best for you, your skin and your budget. My responsibility is to provide honest medical advice, even when that means recommending less treatment—or no treatment at all.

If you would like to learn more about my approach to medicine, I invite you to follow me on Instagram at @drnataliaspierings or listen to The Dubai Doctors podcast, where I share practical, evidence-informed conversations about skin health and healthcare.
